Above the drawing, there is typed text that reads "FIGURE 117 Despite its form, I do not believe the figure to be a phallic symbol. The artist is a child of 2 years 9 months. She told me it is a boat with a sail and I believe her." The paper shows signs of age with some discoloration and is perforated along the bottom edge.
