Beat the heat! Bring your family to Whitney Kids Summer Family Day and engage with this summer's exhibitions. Learn about light in paintings by Mary Corse, and explore the work of seven emerging Latinx artists in Pacha, Llaqta, Wasichay: Indigenous Space, Modern Architecture, New Art. Join artist Guadalupe Maravilla to learn about the history of mask-making and then create your own fantastical mask. You can also participate in art workshops, gallery activities outdoors and indoors, and pick up a free Kids Activity Sheet or audio guide.

¡Escape el calor y traiga a su familia al Whitney Kids Summer Family Day! Aprenda sobre luz en las pinturas de Mary Corse, y explore obras de siete artistas Latinx emergentes. Acompañe al artista Guadalupe Maravilla para hacer máscaras fantásticas mientras aprenden sobre la historia de este arte. También podrán participar en talleres y actividades en las galerías y las terrazas. Les invitamos también a recoger una hoja de actividad para niños o una guía de audio para explorar solos.
El evento es gratuito con entrada al museo. Educadores hispanohablantes estaran presentes durante el evento.
