Celebrate Halloween with a little scare and a lot of fun at the Whitney. Grab your art-inspired costume for a weekend of festivities for all ages. Join us throughout the weekend for trick-or-treating and the return of the Maniac Pumpkin Carvers. Enjoy music and dancing at Teen Night on Friday. Or swing by Family Day on Saturday for artmaking, performances, scavenger hunts, and prizes. Explore the Whitney after dark at a Member Night inspired by Henry Taylor: B Side and Fragments of a Faith Forgotten—it will be a lively graveyard shift at the Whitney this Halloween.

A note on costumes
Halloween Weekend at the Whitney is an inclusive and safe celebration for all. In that spirit, we do not allow costumes that perpetuate cultural appropriation, discrimination, or violence of any kind, including fake weapons. We invite you to be inspired by the works in our collection and check out the #IAmNotACostume campaign to learn more about choosing a respectful costume.
