Floor 3, Theater

This panel brings together several of the artists included in Pacha, Llaqta, Wasichay: Indigenous Space, Modern Architecture, New Art to discuss their respective practices and shared interests in concepts of space and architecture. Topics to be considered include function and use of built structures, migration and the structuring of space, and vernacular materials and forms. Speakers include Livia Corona Benjamin, Jorge González, Guadalupe Maravilla, Claudia Peña Salinas, Ronny Quevedo, and Clarissa Tossin. Marcela Guerrero, Assistant Curator, moderates the conversation.

Tickets are required ($10 adults; $8 members, students and seniors). This event will be presented in English, and will be live-streamed on YouTube.

Este panel aúna a varios de los artistas de Pacha, Llaqta, Wasichay: Espacio indígena, arquitectura moderna, arte nuevo para debatir sus respectivas prácticas e intereses compartidos en relación con los conceptos del espacio y la arquitectura. Entre los temas que se considerarán se cuentan la función y el uso de estructuras edilicias, la migración y la estructuración de la paz, y los materiales y las formas regionales.
