Floor Three, Laurie M. Tisch Education Center, Hearst Artspace

Get creative in the Whitney’s Hearst Artspace! This Saturday, artist Jenny Perlin invites families to create artworks inspired by her innovative, multi-faceted filmmaking process. From 11 am–1 pm, Perlin will work with families and answer questions about her practice.

Perlin’s films often include drawings and handwritten text, creating a new way to explore old-fashioned analog technologies. Her work is on view in the exhibition Dreamlands: Immersive Cinema and Art, 1905–2016 on Floor Five.
