Get creative in the Whitney’s new Hearst Artspace! This week artist Jamie Isenstein invites families to create performing objects. Join us to transform everyday objects and give them a life of their own through performance!

Actor, storyteller, and puppeteer Meghan Wolf will work with families to animate their creations on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm.

During the program Isenstein will present the work, Infinite Invisible Soft-Shoe (2004), in the Susan and John Hess Family Gallery and Theater. Parents and kids can see Isenstein in action and visit the installation, which combines video, sculpture, and performance.  This program is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Collected by Thea Westreich Wagner and Ethan Wagner.
