Kevin Jerome Everson’s Quality Control investigates the workday of an Alabama dry cleaners; it’s part of an expansive body of work presenting the lives of black Americans and the hidden choreographies of everyday labor. He discusses his new work with Ed Halter, co-curator of the 2012 Biennial’s film and video program.
