Walead Beshty uses the material conditions of photography to explore the gap between the physical world and the image world, between presence and absence, and between representation and abstraction. For this evening program, join Beshty and exhibition curator Dana Miller as they examine the material practices of Jay DeFeo and her lasting influence on other artists.

$8 general admission; $6 senior citizens and students; free for members.
