Virtual Tours and Talks

You may request a private virtual talk by Whitney Teaching Fellows, Ph.D. candidates in art history. Choose from a range of available topics—take a deep dive into the Museum's collection; explore topics raised in the Museum’s current exhibitions; or learn more about topical issues engaged by artists in the 20th and 21st centuries. More details about available themes and topics can be found here.

Please submit a request at least three weeks in advance.

  • Private virtual talks are forty-five minutes long to include a thirty-minute talk and fifteen-minute Q&A session with the Whitney Teaching Fellow.
  • Group size: we are able to accommodate up to twenty-five guests per virtual talk. If your group is larger than twenty-five people, you may make more than one booking.
  • You will receive a Zoom link one week prior to the scheduled talk.
  • We also offer private virtual talks of the Whitney’s collection and select exhibitions in Mandarin and Spanish, subject to availability.
