Architectural Dialogues: Li Hu

For the past three years, Li Hu has been leading a team of designers from Steven Holl Architects to work on the Linked Hybrid project in Beijing, a project that was dubbed “one of the ten architectural wonders in China” by Business Week in December 2005. This ambitious “city within a city,” a 2.4 million square foot mixed program with residential, commercial, and comprehensive supporting facilities, is sustainable development writ large. Li is a partner at Steven Holl Architects and the director of their office in Beijing.
