Speaker 2: You can essentially minimize your taxes in a way that you can’t do anywhere else in the world. (A distorted echo of the speaker’s voice fades out.)

Speaker 3: I say it's like the Geneva of Latin America. You have the elites from all over Latin America who have moved here over the years and they’re really terrific people.

Speaker 8: The eighth busiest port in the U.S. by container volume. The most important airport in the Caribbean. More than 24,000 miles of paved roads and the highest level of education in the region.

Speaker 16: What would seem to be a limitation is the fact that we are an island and a small one has actually helped Puerto Ricans develop a force of will and a strength of spirit that other countries don’t have.
