Floor 1

These tours led by Joan Tisch Teaching Fellows explore the cultural highlights of and around the Whitney, from the Museum’s architecture and public art installations to nearby landmarks such as the Hudson Piers. Also included are sections of the 2019 Whitney Biennial that are non-ticketed—both outdoors and in the John R. Eckel, Jr. Foundation Gallery on the Museum's first floor, which is always free-of-charge.

Each tour will last approximately 45 minutes. The tours are conducted partially outdoors and will happen rain or shine.
