Online, via Zoom

Verbal Description Online provides an opportunity for visitors who are blind or have low vision to experience the richness and diversity of twentieth- and twenty-first-century American art through vivid description. Ninety-minute sessions are free-of-charge and are offered monthly on Friday mornings through Zoom and over the phone. This session will focus on Julie Mehretu.

Space is limited, and reservations are required. Please contact Access Feedback or call (646) 666-5574 to learn more or register. A Zoom link will be provided upon confirmation of reservation. This event is free but registration is required.

This event will have automated closed captions through Zoom. Live captioning is available for public programs and events upon request with seven business days advance notice. We will make every effort to provide accommodation for requests made outside of that window of time. To place a request, please contact us at accessfeedback@whitney.org or (646) 666-5574 (voice). Relay and voice calls welcome.
