The Kitchen, 512 W 19th Street

This two-part program features a reading group followed by a conversation led by the guest speakers. Both will critically explore the historical trajectory of creative destruction as a concept, focusing particularly on how the term has been used more recently to tout the benefits of the neoliberal project. Reading material will be provided in advance.

Please register for the 3 pm reading group by emailing creativedestruction.isp@gmail.com.

The 6 pm conversation is free of charge and open to the public; seats will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This event is organized in conjunction with Creative Destruction on view at The Kitchen.
