Tracing Creative Destruction with Matthew Buckingham and David Harvey

This two-part program features a reading group followed by a conversation led by the guest speakers. Both will critically explore the historical trajectory of creative destruction as a concept, focusing particularly on how the term has been used more recently to tout the benefits of the neoliberal project. Reading material will be provided in advance.
