Teens

New York City teens are invited to an exciting artmaking event at the Whitney inspired by the landmark survey no existe un mundo poshuracán: Puerto Rican Art in the Wake of Hurricane Maria, a platform for contemporary Puerto Rican artists to reflect on economic, political, and ecological challenges over the past five years. Join artist Danielle De Jesus and YI Leaders to create your own painting, contribute to a community mural, and join teen-led gallery tours. We’ll provide refreshments and art materials, and you don’t need to RSVP—just bring a friend!
