Floor Seven

Spotlight tours offer an opportunity to slow down and look closely at select highlights from Human Interest: Portraits from the Whitney's Collection. Guided by a Museum docent, participants are encouraged to study and discuss works together. Each forty-five minute session either focuses on a single work of art, or explores a connection between two works. This session looks at Woman and Bicycle (1952–53) by Willem de Kooning and de Kooning's "Woman with Bicycle" (1976) by Peter Saul.

February–March 2017

Select Thursdays, 1 pm

Tours meet in the seventh-floor galleries.

No reservations are necessary, but tours are limited to fifteen people welcome to join on a first come, first served basis.
