For all ages

Join Whitney Biennial 2024 artist Ser Serpas for a hands-on workshop. Inspired by Serpas’s approach to the act of making as a choreographed performance, participants will experiment with combining a wide variety of found objects and unconventional materials and record their actions in a written score. The process will produce sculptures and texts that explore connections and tensions between materials and the act of construction.
