Floor 3, Hearst Artspace
Come play with clay! Families are invited to add their own clay creations to a large-scale ceramic city, working closely with artists from our community partner Greenwich House Pottery.
Since its founding in 1902, Greenwich House has served as an epicenter of community, fine arts education, and social services for Greenwich Village and beyond. Drawing inspiration from the current exhibition Making Knowing: Craft in Art, 1950–2019, this Open Studio concludes Greenwich House's week-long residency at the Whitney.
Free with Museum admission.
The Museum building is accessible and has elevator access to all floors. Service animals are welcome. Learn more about access services and amenities.
