High school students in grades 9–12

Open Studio For Teens returns virtually this fall! Teens are invited to a free art-making program on Zoom with Whitney educators. Each week, teens will experiment, create, and learn together with at-home art materials inspired by the Whitney’s collection. Tell a friend and join us!

This week's activity is Neon Abstraction. Inspired by Agnes Pelton's aesthetic of vibrant and dream-like concepts, teens will learn about abstraction techniques and apply it to drawings of their meditative dreams.

No previous art experience is required—everyone is welcome. Registration is required.
