Frank Stella Family Day

9:30–10:30 am: special early opening just for families!
Bring your kids to celebrate Frank Stella: A Retrospective. Families will collaborate with artist McKendree Key to build a mega-sized marble run inspired by the colorful shapes and huge scale of Stella’s work. Learn about the work on view by participating in gallery tours, art making workshops, or by picking up a free Kids Activity Guide or Multimedia Guide. Gallery tours will be offered until 12 pm. 

Free with Museum admission. Families are encouraged to purchase admission tickets online in advance. Choose a time of arrival during regular Museum Hours, or use the button below for special early admission.

The Hearst Artspace and the Seminar Room are equipped with induction hearing loops and infrared assistive listening systems. Accessible seating is also available.

The Susan and John Hess Family Theater is equipped with an induction loop and infrared assistive listening system. Accessible seating is available.
