Dance and other ephemeral art forms have increasingly become staples of curatorial programs at museums, which traditionally collect, care for, and display tangible objects. This talk with Joan Tisch Teaching Fellow Jennie Goldstein will explore this trend and provide context for thinking about recent and upcoming performance-focused exhibitions at the Whitney. The event will begin with a breakfast reception at 11 am, followed by the presentation at 11:30 am.

RSVP required. Invitations will be sent to Patron, Circle, Fellow, and Sponsor members. Become a member, or upgrade your membership by calling (212) 570-3641.
