Throughout the Whitney

The Whitney is partnering with the National Panhellenic Council and the Meatpacking Business Improvement District to welcome Divine Nine (D9) members to the Museum. Explore Edges of Ailey, dine at Frenchette Bakery, and take in a full day of Free Second Sunday programming throughout the Museum. After, enjoy special discounts, benefits, and offers at our favorite local dining and shopping destinations that are just steps from the Museum when you show your same-day admission ticket.

For those who would like to participate in a D9 group photo, you are invited to gather on the steps facing West Street, outside of the Museum at 3:30 pm. Same-day re-entry is permitted with your Museum ticket. Visitors must re-enter through the main entry point including bag inspection.

About NPHC and D9
The National Pan-Hellenic Council, serves as an umbrella organization for historically African American fraternities and sororities, collectively known as the Divine Nine and are referred to as Black Greek Letter Organizations (BGLOs).
