Circle, Fellow, and Sponsor members are invited to experience Amy Sherald: American Sublime with Rujeko Hockley, Arnhold Associate Curator and organizer of the exhibition.

American Sublime showcases nearly fifty monumental works, from rarely seen early paintings to new and defining pieces. Experience Sherald’s poetic and incisive vision of American identity, including her portrait of former First Lady Michelle Obama, in a breathtaking celebration of Black Americans and portraiture.

Complimentary refreshments will be served prior to the tour. The invitation is for two individuals per membership household and registration instructions will be provided by email.
