Floor 8, Tom and Diane Tuft Trustee Room

Contemporaries and Contemporaries Patrons

You’re invited to celebrate summer with fellow Contemporaries as we look ahead to an exciting time at the Museum—the continuation of Whitney Biennial 2022: Quiet as It’s Kept, upcoming opening of Edward Hopper’s New York, no existe un mundo poshuracán: Puerto Rican Art in the Wake of Hurricane Maria, and more!

We’ll enjoy a toast as well as a sneak peek presentation of upcoming exhibitions from Assistant Curator and Contemporaries Curatorial Liaison Laura Phipps, Senior Curatorial Assistant Melinda Lang, and Rubio Butterfield Family Fellow Angelica Arbelaez. Come by the Trustee Room to hear what’s in store for the season ahead, and afterwards take advantage of the fun activities happening during Member Night, which continues throughout the Museum until 10 pm.
