Ellen Harvey has created a wide range of drawings, paintings, and installations over the course of her career. She has worked with the Whitney for several years in a variety of capacities, starting as a participant in the Independent Study Program and more recently as an artist in the 2008 Whitney Biennial. Harvey led a group discussion with families in the galleries and then guided families in an art-making activity exploring her process.
