This year, the purchase of a table at the Leadership level will also directly support the Whitney’s Community Day on May 16, an inclusive event that will safely celebrate the completion of David Hammons's Day’s End with free admission, artmaking workshops, and artist collaborations, organized in gratitude to our neighbors for welcoming this project since its inception.

This event will take place in person in adherence with NY State and local health and safety guidance. With health and safety as our top priority, we will require proof of either a vaccination or a recent negative Covid-19 test. Thank you for bearing with us as we are taking every precaution across the institution to ensure the safety of our staff, patrons and community.
