Student Members

Student Members are invited to a hands-on artmaking workshop inspired by Ruth Asawa Through Line.

Join us to view the exhibition, connect with fellow students, and create art using the same materials Asawa used. Work with Teaching Artist Jaqueline Cedar to experiment with line, shape, tone, and color.

Asawa is best known as a sculptor but this exhibition focuses on her boundary-pushing drawing practice and emphasizes the foundational role that the medium played in developing her distinct visual language.
