Visitor policies

coat check

  • All backpacks, packages, and laptops must be checked in at the coat check.
  • Coats may be carried into the galleries.
  • Umbrellas must be checked or placed in a protective bag supplied by the Museum.
  • Small luggage (carry-on size) may be checked.
  • Wheelchairs are available at the coat check.

In the galleries

  • No food or drinks.
  • No cell phone use.
  • No photography or video recording.
  • Sketching is allowed in the galleries.
  • Sitting on the floor is not permitted.
  • Only pencils may be used in the galleries. The use of pens and markers is prohibited.
  • Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Baby strollers are prohibited in SHERRIE LEVINE: MAYHEM.
