Untitled at the Whitney Museum of American Art is a contemporary American restaurant from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, helmed by Executive Chef Suzanne Cupps. Chef Cupps’ cooking features local, seasonal ingredients prepared with subtle global influence, from Southeast Asia to the American South. Untitled has a ground floor entrance on Gansevoort Street and is open for lunch and dinner, weekend brunch, and daily coffee and pastries in the morning.
Studio Cafe is also led by the Untitled team, and features toasts, soups, salads, and other light fare for museum-goers. Studio Cafe features floor-to-ceiling windows, which fill the space with natural light and frame a show-stopping view of the Manhattan skyline. Outdoor seating is available during the warmer months. During the Museum’s late hours on Fridays and Saturdays, Studio Cafe remains open for dinner and cocktails.

The Union Square Hospitality Group is hiring amazing teammates to fill out our talented service and culinary teams at Untitled and Studio Cafe. We strive to bring together warm, talented, and intelligent people who love to serve and are among the best in their field. Help us welcome our newest restaurants to the Union Square Hospitality Group family. Set inside the new Whitney Museum of America Art on the High Line, Untitled presents a beautiful collision of food, wine, art, architecture and culture. On the ground floor before even entering the Whitney Museum, Untitled catches the eye and entices the palate. Perched on the eighth floor amidst the downtown New York skyline, Studio Cafe invites museum guests to enjoy a drink or share a meal in the airy dining room or on the sunny terrace.
The magnificent building at the base of the High Line is designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano and offers amazing views of the city stretching from the World Trade Center to the Empire State Building. Chef Michael Anthony, Managing Partner and Executive Chef of Gramercy Tavern, leads the culinary vision.
About Union Square Hospitality Group
Over the past 30 years, USHG has created and operated some of New York’s favorite fine dining restaurants, urban barbecue joints, a feel-good jazz club, a roman trattoria and pizzeria, a neighborhood bar, several modern museum restaurants and cafes, an off-premise, restaurant-quality catering company, and even a hospitality learning and training company. We love new ideas and the thrill of a new challenge. But some things stay the same: we bring our commitment to consistent excellence and warm hospitality to every endeavor, plus the energy of a motivated and supported team.
