As a convenience for members, the Whitney has launched an Auto Renewal program. When you enroll in the program, we’ll store your credit card in a secure database and charge you each year at the beginning of your month of expiration. By enrolling, you’ll be saving the Museum resources and ensuring your membership never lapses so you won’t miss out on special benefits!
Each year, you’ll receive one mailed reminder from us, approximately two months before your membership’s expiration, reminding you of the upcoming Auto Renewal. Your card will then be charged at the beginning of the renewal month and your new membership card(s) will be mailed to you. If you wish to leave the program at any time, you can simply call (212) 570-3641 in advance of your month of expiration.

By enrolling in the Auto Renewal program, you’re saving the Museum time and resources. You’re also helping to save the institution’s resources and reduce our environmental impact by limiting the number of paper notices we send you.

Founding Members pledge to stay active into our new building, opening spring 2015, and provide important support to the Capital Campaign. Enrolling in Auto Renewal as a Contributing Member (Friend–Whitney Sponsor) is the easiest way to begin enjoying Founding Member benefits. To streamline the enrollment process, we’ll donate 10% of your first year gift to the Capital Campaign.
