A discounted membership is available for working artists residing within the United States who work in one or more of the media that are represented in the Whitney’s collection, including painting, sculpture, drawing, print, photography, film, video, and digital media. Applicants are required to present documentation upon joining or renewing. Accepted forms of documentation include a website, current CV listing exhibitions or other relevant projects, or a recent exhibition announcement.
You must be a full-time student to be eligible. A copy of a student’s current semester ID should accompany applications. Available only in our lobby to U.S. residents.
