DANCENOISE: Don’t Look Back

As part of the exhibition DANCENOISE: Don't Look Back, this retrospective installation documents iconic DANCENOISE performances created by Anne Iobst and Lucy Sexton beginning in 1983 in such legendary New York clubs and theaters as WOW Cafe, the Pyramid, 8BC, Performance Space 122, Franklin Furnace, and the Kitchen. The duo went on to tour nationally and internationally, presenting their work at Lincoln Center and winning a NY Dance and Performance Bessie Award.
