Riptide is an evening of live performances and screenings which will be held at The Kitchen by current Whitney Independent Study Program Studio participants: Malin Arnell, Julia Brown, Michael Cataldi, Brennan Gerard, Ryan Kelly, Johanna Gustavsson, John Houck, David Kelley, Chelsea Knight, Hans Kuzmich, Jens Maier-Rothe, Gabriel Martinez, Mary Simpson, Jeannine Tang, and Danna Vajda.

The Studio Program exhibition will be on view at Art in General (79 Walker Street) from June 11–26, with an opening reception on June 11th.

Please note that Undercurrents does not take place at the Museum. The Kitchen is the primary site of the exhibition; additional sites include the High Line, the Little Red Lighthouse and the North River Waste Treatment Plant. Please consult individual calendar listings for details.
