Private tours are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11AM-5PM, and on Fridays from
1PM-5PM. During the 2008 Biennial, private group tours are available Wednesday through Sunday at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm only.
The Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. If your date and time selections do not adhere to these
specifications, we will be unable to schedule your visit. Please note that you are welcome to select more than one possible
time per day as long as these are days and times when the Museum is open and available for tours. In order to complete this
request, you must select a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice date and time.

Private tour groups are charged $24 per person during regular Museum hours (minimum $240), payable upon arrival by cash, check, money order,
or credit card. Special discounted rates apply to college and university groups. For more information, call: (212) 570-3626. Once your tour is confirmed,
your group is subject to a $50.00, non-refundable cancellation fee.In addition, cancellations must be made five days in advance, or your group is subject to
a $150.00, non-refundable lecture fee. You will receive more information regarding payment options when your tour is confirmed.
