Feb 13–Mar 16
On these dates, enjoy reduced admission ($19 adults; $14 seniors and students) and see Fast Forward and Human Interest. Two floors are closed as we prepare for the 2017 Biennial.
On June 2, 2013, the Whitney hosted a Hopper Drawing Family Day. We invited artist Jason Polan to create a huge collaborative drawing project for families. Inspired by Edward Hopper’s artwork and Polan’s artistic process, families drew the people all around them, including family members and strangers. They then added their drawings to the Lower Gallery wall to create an installation. Check out this video to see the project unfold!
