Saturday, April 6: King Holiday Presents: BLOO VOYAGE
King Holiday will be featured live in concert amidst an immersive installation environment conceived of by group members Leslie Dumouchel and Benjamin Martin. The second-floor gallery spaces will be transformed into a poetically suggestive series of vignettes depicting the life of an anonymous traveling blues musician. Throughout the day, visitors are encouraged to move through the galleries and experience the installation through film, soundscape, kinetic sculpture, and immersive set design; live performances will take place at 1 and 4 pm.
