Born to a Cuban mother and a Jewish father, Tess is a sophomore at the School of the Future. After learning about the YI program from her English teacher, fell in love with everything YI has to offer. Though she says she is not particularly confident in her artistic skills, she had a work on view at the Guggenheim Museum, which she regards as her biggest accomplishment. Her favorite artist is Richard Price. She is also interested in traveling, community service, HTML/CSS coding. Tess is inspired by many things life has to offer. Like most of us, she just wants to become a better person, to improve herself, and to see even more of the world than she has already.
