After discussing Kenny Scharf’s painting When Worlds Collide, 1984, and Cory Arcangel’s installation Super Mario Clouds v2k3, 2003, YI teens imagined themselves as characters in a video game. They then sketched and wrote about these characters, finally realizing their video game self-portraits in acrylic paint.
