Youth Insights Summer 2012
During summer 2012, participants in the Whitney’s Youth Insights Summer Intensive went behind the scenes of a variety of cultural institutions to explore arts-related careers across New York City. They met with Whitney conservators and Human Resources representatives, explored the relationship between art and architecture with firm HWKN at MoMA PS1, met up with teen participants in the Studio Museum in Harlem’s Expanding The Walls program, and visited the studio of artist Alex Hubbard. It was an action-packed five weeks!
