Experience the Whitney’s world-renowned collection of American art in American Sign Language! Whitney Signs is a free gallery tour led by expert Museum educators who are deaf.
In this video, educator Christine Kim gives a tour in ASL. Participants walk through galleries and examine paintings, sculptures, and photographs. The video also includes interviews with tour participants.
Whitney Signs takes place the first Saturday of each month at 4 pm, with a pre-tour reception at 3 pm. The tour is voice-interpreted. ASL tours without voice interpretation take place the third Friday of each month at 7pm, with a pre-tour reception at 6pm.

ASL students, please note: We regret that complimentary tickets will not be available for ASL students; regular student admission is $12 with a valid student ID. Museum staff or ASL interpreters will not be able to sign student assignments.
